Pallet Deposit Charge
Some products received on pallets will be subject to a deposit charge. This charge varies depending on what type of pallet is received. We'll refund you the deposit in the same manner as the payment, so long as you return the pallet, in good condition, within 60 days of receiving the items. Please keep in mind that all checks must clear before we can give you a refund.
Return Policy
Please keep in mind that there is a 20% handling charge on all approved returns. All returned items must be in good condition and returns must take place within 30 days of the time of sale. We do not accept returns for special orders, natural stone and bagged materials.
